You can edit the message up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date of the gift email by contacting us at: info@instead.world with the subject: EDIT MESSAGE.
Unfortunately, cancellations or refunds are not possible since your payment generates our payment to the sanctuary.
Following the initial gift email, you will receive monthly updates containing information on animals, sanctuaries, Instead, and sustainability topics.
Certainly, you can unsubscribe from our monthly updates at any time. Simply click the unsubscribe button at the end of each email.
It's important to note that your contribution goes to the sanctuary's general support, not tied specifically to an individual animal. Thus, if the chosen animal passes away, your donation continues to support the well-being of other sanctuary residents.
We prioritize working with trusted sanctuaries that adhere to best practices and hold relevant certifications. Through frequent visits and internal audits, we ensure reliability and credibility in their operations.
The sanctuary receives two-thirds of your gift amount, while Instead keeps one-third for platform maintenance and growth. Our aim is to aid more animals and combat overconsumption.
